Occasionally the need arises to obtain the services of an outside vendor. Printing Services is the printing procurement agent for the University of Oregon, which includes all departments and offices of the university. We will prepare bid specifications that comply with State, Oregon University System, and University of Oregon purchasing guidelines; administer the bid; administer production, including job and bid changes; and process bills when the job is completed.
